Well just walked into Popeyes and all the tables were dirty and floor was sticky. My husband had mentioned it to this kid manager, he turned his back on my husband. And two of the girls proceeded to laugh about it. He spoke Spanish to the lily girl and made racist remarks. Asked for a refund and left..most horrible customer service experience ever. A bunch of kids that are racist.

The girl at the drive up window at 8-31-19 @ approximately 12:30 pm was rude the first time - as she looked inside the restaurant while she was telling me to have a nice day. She forgot the dipping sauce for tenders and when I had to drive back - and am from out of town - she said "what do you want?" and then handed me two sauces with a big rude smirk on her face. She ought to be fired!!!!

I would give zero stars....came into lobby at 750pm on a Thursday evening. Stood in front of a register waiting for someone to take my order. After standing and waiting 5 minutes, I ask the supervisor if he is going to take my order. He tells me the lobby is closed and I wasn't inside when he locked the doors....so I had to go thru the drive thru if I wanted food? Bs. Should be sued for discrimination as a colored man was served as soon as I left....shut this place down.... avoid at all costs

The counter girl that is short with a tadpole looking face is very rude and lazy. She sighed every time she took an order and was very quietly spoken. She would make angry faces, obviously not wanting to work there. I get it sucks working at popeyes but don't show that to your customers. You chose to work there nobody else. Management, get rid of her if you want your store to stay in business.
